Team Youngblood are in Antarctica trying to find missing CIA agents when they enter a portal that sends them to a primeval land ruled by an alien despot. They try and assist local hero, Kanan, in battling Tyrax but are forced to return home before the encounter is completed.

The name on the cover is "Youngblood Yearbook" but the name in the indicia is only "Youngblood".
