Batman is hypnotized into becoming the warden of an alien prison and charged with capturing Superman and imprisoning him with the other heroes inside.

Superman escapes from the prison and takes revenge on Batman. So the aliens from the planet Vor come down to try to regain control of their prison plan to conquer the universe.
