When he finally emerges, he takes over the world with his army of mutant X-Men and rules with an iron hand. After years of watching the injustices done to humans, Cyclops takes a small band of X-Men and breaks away from Juggernaut. Teaming up with Magneto and Cain, they formulate a plan to stop the Juggernaut for good.
