A man is transported by a mist to the 16th century, where he is locked up as a madman. He escapes and is transported with the asylum keeper back to the present, where the keeper is taken for mad!
Zemu appears to be a stage magician of incredible prowess. His name is on everyone's lips. Zemu announces he is running for governor. Dr. Druid not only discovers that Zemo is a fraud, but also is an alien from Saturn, bent on paving the way for an alien invasion. Dr. Druid overpowers him, hypnotizes him so that he'll reveal the truth, and turns him over to the authorities.
A thief attempts to rob a wax museum and is prevented from doing so by the wax figure of the museum's founder.
A simple man who wants to be mayor helps a Leprechaun in the forest by letting him out of a cave. The Leprechaun gives him magic seeds and magic paint to revitalize the town, but when he asks the ungrateful townsfolk to be made mayor they scoff at him just as much as before when the town was rundown, so he goes back into the forest and takes the Leprechaun with him back into the cave.
The Hulk defeats a mad florist and her plant creatures.
