- The Making of Toxie - "The Toxic Avenger" film spawned this tongue-in-cheek cartoon series with an environmental message about mutated crimefighters who battle the menacing Dr. Killemoff. This issue's story is a somewhat loose adaptation of the first episode of the "Toxic Crusaders" animated series.
