Intergalactic criminals who have been captured by alien Green Lanterns escape and hijack their transport ship which crash lands on Earth. Hal Jordan must round up the intergalactic criminals who are free on Earth. Hal then travels to New Oa where a Guardian makes some disturbing revelations.
