There he encounters Lady Dorma who has come to the surface world to retrieve him as the Behemoth has awakened and is menacing Atlantis. They're not aware that the Behemoth is now controlled by Krang. Namor breaks the Puppet Master's hold and returns to his undersea kingdom.
