One is in upper left covered by "Featuring Fafhrd and the Grey Mouser" and the other in the lower right covered by "First Astonishing Issue." Logo design credit from Todd Klein.
- The Price of Pain Ease - Per Nick Caputo, the Crusty Bunkers inks consist of Neal Adams, Alan Weiss and Rick Bryant (confirmed by Adams, who noted he inked page 9 with Weiss and Bryant, from an original art ad in The Comics Journal #45, March 1979). Others who may have assisted include Dick Giordano, Walt Simonson, Rich Buckler, Vincente Alcazar, Sal Amendola, Alan Kupperberg and Ralph Reese.
