- Jimmy Olsen the D.N.Alien! - As told to Mike May by the artist, Murphy Anderson finished the left side of the Jimmy Olsen figure, primarily the leg. Information submitted through the GCD Errors list. The Newsboy Legion figures were pencilled by Kirby, the only portion of the cover retained from an earlier version of the cover, per Neal Adams in Jack Kirby Collector #17 (November 1997).
- The Saga of the D.N.Aliens - As noted by Mark Evanier, Murphy Anderson inked the faces of Superman & Jimmy Olsen instead of Colletta.
- - Letters section appears in between pages 13-14 and includes letters from John Ostapkovich, Gregory Kent, Dennis Millard, Charles Meyerson and Rudy Rankins. E. Nelson Bridwell notes that Jack Kirby takes over as editor with this issue.
