Spider-Man is depressed about being branded a criminal by the Daily Bugle. He runs into Captain America who invites him on patrol. They run into (and defeat) Modok and agents of AIM. When J. Jonah Jameson prints an anti-Spider-Man article, Captain America forces him to print a retraction.
