Batman is ready to officially make Tim Drake the new Robin. Tim isn't ready and goes to Paris to learn ancient Tibetan fighting and healing techniques from Rahul Lama and Shen Chi. While out on the town he meets a girl, Ling, who's involved with a local gang. It seems she might be in trouble so Tim, disguised as Robin, goes to help her. As he is trying to help Ling, he comes upon the gang who are in the process of beating up Clyde Rawlins. Clyde and Robin take on the gang.
