The Metal Men attack Vox, but Vox's operating saw approaches Doc Magnus.

Topsy-Turvy turns people upside down to shake out their cash and Hostess Fruit Pies, but is captured from the bottom up by Batman.

Colonel Craven takes the Metal Men into Army custody to try to find the secret of their shape changing, but Vox attempts to capture them for the same purpose. Vox instead captures Doc Magnus and is just about to perform brain surgery on him to find the secret, when the Metal Men rescue him.
