- Annie Mae: A Love Story - Adaptation of Denny O'Neil story, 3 pages of story photography by Eliot R. Brown, 10 pages drawn by Gene Colan and Alfredo Alcala. The letters page for a later issue (after the title had been changed to "Bizarre Adventures") reveals that the persons in the fumetti intro and outro are Mark Gruenwald (boyfriend), Linda Florio (girlfriend) and Steve Skeates (concierge).
- The Fantasy Gambit - James Sherman is credited on the cover as doing this story with Roger Stern, but Steve Bissette actually did the art for that story due to Sherman not meeting the deadline. It is also dedicated to Alan Weiss and makes a reference to the strip "Heroes of the 70s", that Alan produced for the March 1972 issue of Esquire magazine.
