- Deceptive Ways to Junk Mail Senders to Excitedly Open Your Reply! - One of the fake addresses used is "Gaspar Saladino, 69 Lettering Street, Plainview, NY". Some of the lettering in the article appears to be by hand, and this may be a stealth credit. Another of the fake addresses is "Tom Tormey, 112 Caitlin Drive, Staten Island, NY" used for a letter to a law firm. There is a Tom Tormey who has been a lawyer, sometimes with a Staten Island business address, since 1978, and could have been an acquaintance of the article's author.
