With only right arm and leg showing, and with different colouring (more resembling that of Fawcett's Captain Marvel Junior), there is no doubt this is intended to be the Fawcett, Billy Batson, incarnation of Captain Marvel. Copyright of the character belongs to D.C., and this teaser pre-dates the hugely successful Shazam! movie of the following year.
