- In All the Gathered Gloom! - Per information from Jim Salicrup and Roger Stern, it was Stern who did some rewriting as "Gurland" and Al Milgrom drew the last page (the credit line "moore" was a typo which was supposed to read "and more"). Additional art credits added 2005 by Steven Tice.
