Dark Nights: Metal #6 Greg Capullo & Jonathan Glapion Cover - back issue - $12.00
Wonder Woman and Hawkgirl battle the dark multiverse armies of Barbatos, while Aquaman, Green Lantern, Mr. Terrific, Deathstroke, and Plastic Man battle the Dark Knights. Wonder Woman descends to the Forge of Worlds where she faces a transformed Hawkman, who fights on the side of Barbatos, as Hawkgirl tries to reach Carter Hall, the man inside. Wonder Woman rescues Superman and Batman from the Forge of Worlds, and armored in Tenth Metal, they help turn the tide against the armies of Barbatos. Batman and an unexpected ally have a final battle with the Batman Who Laughs.
In the aftermath of the victory over Barbatos, Bruce invites the Justice League and others to attend a celebration party in their civilian identities. But Bruce also warns them of new threats that will arise as a result of changes to the Multiverse due to their battle with the Dark Multiverse.
- Metal [Conclusion] - Plastic Man finally comes out of his egg form. The bandaged captive of The Batman Who Laughs, who was previously shown but not identified in Dark Nights: The Batman Who Laughs (DC, 2018 series) #1 and Dark Knights Rising: The Wild Hunt (DC, 2018 series) #1, is revealed in this issue to be the Over-Monitor.
- Epilogue - The Justice League and the other heroes are shown out of costume in civilian identities (except Swamp Thing and Detective Chimp). Martian Manhunter and Hawkgirl join the League. Hawkman is shown to be unconscious, recovering after the battle. But before he fell unconscious he made notes of visions of things to come that he had seen while under the influence of Barbatos. Those visions include the Immortal Men, Controllers, Darkstars, the Dark Pantheon, and a vision of Atlantis rising to the surface.
