On a routine training drill, they are interrupted by the Thor Corps, and their designated Thor, Kit, who has Captain Marvel and the Carol Corps investigating stars. Carol Danvers receives orders from Baroness Cochran to destroy a ship; however, Carol disobeys orders, and saves one man from the ship.
