A video recording of the Hood's brutal attack on Tigra is released online, and while Tigra and Giant-Man attempt to find the source and remove it, Striker, Hazmat, and Veil hunt down the now-powerless Hood for revenge. This leaves the Hood more determined than ever to regain his powers and go after the Avengers, and Tigra expels the rebel teens from the Academy.
