- Red Raven Lives Again! - Frank Giacoia was credited as inker in The Official Marvel Index to the X-Men (Olshevsky 1987), The Official Marvel Index to the X-Men (Ward 1994), and Official Index to the Marvel Universe (Vandal et al. 2009). Nick Caputo suspects the inks are a combination of Giacoia and Esposito, as both often worked together on cover assignments. Danny Crespi lettering credit confirmed by Todd Klein from the files of Danny Crespi, posted 17 November 2016 on his Facebook page. Danny Crespi and Gaspar Saladino were both credited in The Official Marvel Index to the X-Men (1987), The Official Marvel Index to the X-Men (1994), and Official Index to the Marvel Universe.
