While in Africa, Lancaster Hill studies a tiger brought in from India to learn what gives it its abilities. He succeeds and injects himself with a serum to see the results, soon learning that he has the power and instincts of a jungle tiger. Back in the U.S. only a day, he gets a call from the police that his sister Anna has been brutally murdered by persons unknown. Donning a tiger-like outfit, he tracks down the killers to a bar and quickly eliminates them, using his tiger powers. He is now determined to mete out vigilante justice to other criminals.
