In a flashback, a group of America's founding fathers create a magic talisman which is later cut up and pieces dispersed. Dr. Hazzard comes into possession of one and enters the dreamtime to learn more about it and when The Spectre comes to meet him, the American icon Brother Jonathan attacks.
