Jimmy finds himself engaged to Miss Metropolis after he interviews her for the Daily Planet.

After being rejected by Lucy Lane once again, Jimmy meets Ilona from the Sunev Galaxy who asks him to marry her. But before Jimmy can accompany Ilona back to her home for their wedding, he is confronted by four more aliens, who transform him into a freak. Superman arrives and explains that the aliens are Ilona's four other husbands and helps his pal get out of his engagement to Ilona.

Jimmy chases Streaky the Super-Cat into the past and ends up in Salem, Massachusetts in the year 1692. Jimmy?s use of technology gets him tried and sentenced as a witch, but luckily for Jimmy, an actual witch comes to his rescue.

Mr. Mxyzptlk falls for Lucy Lane and tries to win her over. However, Lucy wants nothing to do him. In a fit of pique, Mr. Mxyzptlk takes his frustration out on Jimmy and curses him to change daily into a wolf-man with the rising of the moon.

Jimmy goes undercover as a soda jerk to expose a counterfeiting ring.

When Jimmy rejects Miss Gzptlsnz, she turns him into a human porcupine until he can trick her into saying her name backwards and return her to the 5th dimension.
