- - Al Milgrom confirmed that he pencilled the cover, but was not aware of who inked it. Pencils formerly credited to Ron Wilson. Pencils formerly credited to Ed Hannigan. Giordano inks per Ron Wilson (3 June 2015) via Shaun Clancy. Nick Caputo suspects Wilson is in error and Adkins is the inker. Original indexer credited Frank Giacoia.
- If Eternity Should Fail! - New chapter heading on the final panel of page 9, titled Chapter II ?Dr. Strange Faces Doom?, leads directly into the next story sequence and compensates for its missing ?splash? page.
- Chapter I ?Dr. Strange Faces Doom!? - Original title is ?Beware, Dormammu is Watching?. The title for this chapter appears on the final panel of the previous story sequence.
