Rapture breaks up with Dragon; a Covenant agent surveilling them reveals the child they buried was a "drone" and their real child is still alive in a phone conversation with an unknown entity. Dragon kills one more leech after it tries taking over his mind. An entire group of Wicked Worms have joined together to form a group creature, "Horde".

Mighty Man discovers that when cut in half, each part of The Wicked Worm grows into a complete creature, and many of them can act together as a "horde".

  • - Cover art is an homage to the cover of Amazing Spider-Man, The (Marvel, 1963 series) #338 (September 1990), also by Larsen.
  • - Josh Eichorn: enjoys an evening of fatty snacks and malt liquor as well as the next slob
  • - Signatures are along Barbaric's right arm, and may be difficult to see since this is a perfect bound issue.
  • Mighty Man and the Critter Crime Wave - Part 1 of 3. 1st chronological appearance of The Wicked Worm, who went on to become Horde. 1940's Captain Marvel tribute.

The story is printed between pages 7 and 8 of reprint from The Savage Dragon (Image; Wizard, 1997 series) #1/2 ((May) 1997). 1940's Captain Marvel tribute.
  • - Q&A questions from Joe "Virx" Keatinge, Joshua James Larson, and Eric Flick. Letters from: Ben Herman, Livio Ramondelli, Derek Fridolfs, Fredrik Sibe, Ken Albery, Augie De Blieck Jr., Kent Moore, and Crispin D. Wilbert.
