Rip Hunter sets the stage for the readers of this special.

At the request of the government, Superman seeks to arrest Batman, but Batman turns the tables on him until Wonder Woman makes them see that they should work together for the greater good.

In order to track down some stolen TNT, Robin goes undercover and has to compete in a drag race. When he discovers that his competitor in the race is Kid Flash, the two teen heroes team-up to find the TNT and save the President of the United States.

Wonder Woman and Black Canary go to a cocktail lounge to teach the male patrons about gender equality.
