The Penguin controls some cuckoo clocks and has them stealing money, but the police entice the clocks to stop by using Hostess Fruit Pies, and they capture The Penguin.

The super-heroes have tracked Ffa'rzz to his spaceship while he has been hitchhiking in Itty, and they defeat him by a ruse. Meanwhile, Hal Jordan's new tractor-trailer is delivered to Carol Ferris.
