The indicia incorrectly lists this issue as Vol. 1, #F-6, with a date of Feb.-Mar., 1975. The cover has the correct number of F-5 and reflects the correct date of December 1974-January 1975 (as confirmed by Comic Reader #110). On-sale date from Comic Reader #110.
