While preparing to join Superman and the Super Family for the final battle against the Darkest Knight, Superboy-Prime recalls his origin, how he originally was a powerless Clark Kent on Earth-Prime until he developed powers and met Superman, and saw his Earth destroyed during the Crisis on infinite Earths. That drove him to try to change the multiverse to save his Earth, leading to him being the villain of the Infinite Crisis. But as the final battle starts, the Darkest Knight tempts Superboy-Prime with the possibility of restoring his world if he will betray the other heroes.

Secret Origin - Includes scenes from Superboy-Prime's origin from DC Comics Presents #87, also scenes from Crisis on Infinite Earths and Infinite Crisis. Story continues in Dark Nights: Death Metal (DC, 2020 series) #7.
