The Fox hunts down Dragon Head, who has employed both Martial Law and the Eraser. Meanwhile, Paul's personal life takes a sharp downturn when Delilah begins dating Brian.

The Fox is updated to the 1980s and becomes a kung-fu fighter. Originally planned for The Black Hood (Archie, 1983 series) #2, according to the letters page in Issue 1.
