X-Force and Deathlok enter into ?The World? to find and kill the enigmatic ?Father? hiding within the secret Weapon Plus laboratory. It may be the only way to stop the Deathlok Troopers from bringing about their dystopian future.

X-Force?s investigation into a mysterious psychic emission at a nuclear military base in the Smokey Mountains leads them into a trap for Psylocke set by the Shadow King.

Magneto finds X-Force to make an unusual and deeply personal request of Wolverine that sends the veteran X-Man on a solo mission to Rio de Janeiro.

Amahl Farouk provides investigative reporter Harper Simmons with evidence that links playboy superhero Warren Worthington III and the Avenger Wolverine to a clandestine mutant hit squad. Archangel learns about the video that shows him as an executioner and begins to take extreme measures to kill the story and anybody associated with it. X-Force must track down their teammate and stop him before it is too late.

Dark Beast leads the team to Earth-295 in order to collect the Celestial Life Seed, the only thing that may stop Archangel's ascension into the next Apocalypse. Their quest is jeopardized when the dimension's X-Men attack assuming that the members of X-Force are clones of the villainous Hank McCoy.

On Earth-295, X-Force joins Magneto's X-Men to accomplish two dangerous missions. The teams send members to retrieve the Celestial Life Seed while other members rescue Gateway from the Akkaba prison known as "The Sky".

X-Force and Magneto's X-Men continue their quests to recover the Celestial Life Seed and rescue Gateway from a highly guarded Akkaba prison, but both teams encounter a new threat facing Earth-295. Wolverine has evolved beyond Apocalypse, revealing a plan to eradicate all humans in order to save the planet from the Celestials.

X-Force returns from Earth-295 to face their greatest fear. Archangel has ascended to the role once held by Apocalypse. Their former teammate has assembled his forces for the coming Age Of Archangel. In addition to the Horsemen, Dark Beast and Ozymandius, he recruits Autumn Rolfson's son, Genocide. Hidden for fear that his existence would threaten Apocalypse, the powerful mutant pledges his allegiance to Archangel and immediately proves his value.

After Genocide's devastating power creates a tabula rasa in Montana, Dark Beast uses the World and the Celestial Life Seed to spark a rapid evolutionary cycle. X-Force arrives to again confront Archangel and his Horsemen in an effort to prevent the nefarious experiment from going global.

Archangel prepares to advance his plan of destroying humanity to make way for a rapid evolutionary race. He sends Earth-295 versions of the Blob and Iceman to stop X-Force from interfering.

As Archangel's plans get closer to fruition, X-Force finds help from the X-Men of Earth-295.

X-Force and the X-Men of Earth-295 confront Archangel and his Horsemen. Fantomex recruits a surprising ally in this final showdown to prevent the Age of Archangel.

X-Force recovers from their battle to save Archangel. They say good-bye to the X-Men of Earth-295 and find an appropriate home for both the clone of En Sabah Nur and the amnesiac Angel.
