Dracula kills Ilsa and makes her a vampire. Ilsa is shocked to discover that her youth does not return and allows Rachel to kill her. Dracula flees into Ilsa's black mirror and drags Taj with him.
Stan explains that he's turned over the editorial reins to Roy Thomas, and Frank Giacoia has been appointed assistant art director.
