Miguel and Xina go to Mexico, and run into Gabe and Kasey. Miguel is flashblinded by a weird light, and gets away from the others to investigate. He runs into Strange, and they team up to find out what is happening.
Miguel runs away, but a kind cab driver named Dash convinces him to return and testify against Kron.
The title on the cover changes, as of this issue, to Spider-Man 2099 A.D. The change lasts until issue 39. Paper change to glossy.
