- The first page is on the inside front cover. The illustration is mainly on the first page but continues on the borders of the second page which contains the table of contents and the indicia. Ka-Zar figure by John Romita.
The Damnation Plague - The last page is 2/3 of a page which includes an editorial explaining why the story was cut in half and reprint material was added. Continues in the next issue.
The Sword and the Road: The Saga of Brak the Barbarian - Illustration signature dated 1974.
Jan -- with One "N" - Pencils and inks credits are disputed. Nick Caputo credits David A. Kraft, perhaps on the basis of a copyright notice by Mr. Kraft accompanying the illustration. David B leans in favor of Steve Leialoha on the basis of ambiguous language in the text.
Fangs of the Black Orchid! - Only the artwork is credited in this issue. The GCD credits Don Rico (script) in the original.
