Gato resents Pipo and Manuel's attraction to each other and is punched out after provoking Manuel. Manuel later seduces her. Luba, a newcomer to Palomar, quickly attracts many customers to her ba?adora business, to Chelo's bemused surprise. Toco annoys the boys when he tries to tag along with them, but dies overnight after laughing himself to death.

The mini transporter Maggie is playing with explodes, freeing Maniakk from his imprisonment in the ninth dimension.

Hopey kicks out Tony and Joey due to their insults and then goes with Maggie to the Foodmart.

A dying Toyo enlists Rena to deliver a gold locket to her husband.
