When Strikes the Kraken! - Ralph Reese, via Shaun Clancy, confirmed he did not ink this cover. Janson inks per Nick Caputo, January 2005, confirmed when he observed the original art.
The Thing from Emerald Darkness - Breakdowns by Hannigan and finished art by Alcala revealed in the letters section of Kull # 18. The published credits list Alcala before Hannigan, leading the original indexer to conclude that Hannigan was the inker.
The Thurian Continent In The Time Of King Kull - This sequence appears between pages 11 and 12 of the previous sequence.
