- When Strikes the Kraken! - Ralph Reese, via Shaun Clancy, confirmed he did not ink this cover. Janson inks per Nick Caputo, January 2005, confirmed when he observed the original art.
- The Thing from Emerald Darkness - Breakdowns by Hannigan and finished art by Alcala revealed in the letters section of Kull # 18. The published credits list Alcala before Hannigan, leading the original indexer to conclude that Hannigan was the inker.
- The Thurian Continent In The Time Of King Kull - This sequence appears between pages 11 and 12 of the previous sequence.
- - Stan's Soapbox, Bulletins and house ad for 2001: A Space Odyssey treasury edition (ad shows cover with different header copy that what was published; indicates "Marvel Treasury Edition" but was published with "Marvel Treasury Special" in heading)
