Green Arrow and Black Canary are attacked by the Star-Tsar, and Dinah is seriously injured. Snapper Carr tells the Justice League that his Star-Tsar costume was stolen and that identity has now been assumed by astronomer Richard Rigel. After Rigel is captured by the League, Green Arrow resigns from the team.

Green Lantern saves a bobsled team (and their stash of Hostess Twinkies) from a falling ice boulder.
