- Draw and Release - Roy Harper was killed while undergoing rehab at Sanctuary, as shown in Heroes in Crisis (DC, 2018 series) #1. Superman notified Ollie of Roy's death between the end of last issue and the start of this issue. Most of the heroes appear only in their civilian identities, some appear in costume in flashbacks with Roy. Wonder Woman appears at the funeral as Diana Prince, an identity that she rarely uses in current continuity. Bruce Wayne is not at the funeral, it is said he is out looking for Roy's killer. Roy's Native American "brother" Bird previously appeared in issues #18-20, when Roy helped bring to justice the killer of their "father" Big Bow.
