Giant-Size Avengers 1974 #1 - back issue - $15.00

Animals by the thousands start attacking and killing people for unknown reasons. At the Jeffersonian institute, with the Human Torch, Sun Girl and Captain America in attendance, scientists announce the cause is rays from Jupiter. The Torch flies to Jupiter and is attacked by the Jovians and their leader Kleezar. The Torch destroys the edge of a fiery pool which then "drowns" Kleezar. As the Torch returns to Earth his flame goes out, but Captain America cushions the Torch's fall with his own body and saves his life.

• Nuklo--the Invader That Time Forgot! - Scarlet Witch thinks the Whizzer is her father, but she later learns that her father is really Magneto. The Whizzer was last seen in All-Winners Comics (Marvel, 1946 series) #21 (Winter 1946-47). Miss America was last seen in Sun Girl (Marvel, 1948 series) #1 (August 1948).
